Please take note that we have extended the deadline for all TYI submissions to June 15. This gives you some extra time to work on your solutions to the different challenges!

What are the Talented Youth in Industry Challenges?

• ADNOC Distribution: Propose an entrepreneurial concept for a new and innovative retail area in an ADNOC Oasis store.

• ADNOC Global Trading: Create an explainer video about the benefits of global trade by focusing on a commodity and country of your choice.

Certificates available on completion! Collect them all! 

What must I submit?

All of our challenges require you to submit a short video presenting and discussing your work. Find more details in your Talented Youth in Industry Club workbooks!

How must I submit?

You can upload your video to the ADNOC STEM For Life portal. Alternatively, if your video file is too big, provide a link to the video on YouTube, Vimeo, etc. via the portal.
